PALLET WRAPPER WITH KRAFT PAPER: ACMI BRINGS YOU INTO THE NEW ERA OF PACKAGING

ACMI presents an innovative wrapping system that uses a special kraft paper instead of plastic film. This new ACMI machine completes the GoGreen project by ACMI, a project that has as its ultimate goal the possibility of providing all our customers with a completely plastic-free end of line. Recyclability, sustainability, social responsibility, lower environmental impact and less pollution: this is ACMI’s goal for the new era of packaging.

HOW IT WORKS

Rocket E is our most innovative line of pallet wrappers with kraft paper. Based on proprietary robotic technology, the Rocket E series is composed by fully automatic high speed models, fully automatic low speed models and semi-automatic models (in-line or stand-alone configuration).

PAPER REEL

Our pallet wrapper machines can manage both the big reel (1200 mm diameter) and the small one (400 mm diameter) available on the market.

REEL UNWINDING UNIT

This system, patented by ACMI, is the heart of the machine and allows the kraft paper to be applied to the pallet, guaranteeing the same results as with plastic film both in terms of stability and protection from external agents such as water and UV rays.

SPECIAL GLUE

To offer a completely ecological system, we have decided to use a special type of glue that allows the complete recyclability of the paper on which it is applied.

PALLET STABILITY TEST

ACMI’s offer is completed with a series of holding tests on the finished pallet that allow us to identify the most suitable wrapping parameters based on the type of product we need to wrap. All tests are performed in our technical center.
